August 2026- they don't have but one young guy working there on the cars ( seemed like he is in training). I can't make this up, I had to flag the guy and ask him to check tire pressure before he handed me the keys. This business doesn't employ enough workers and it's very slow and inefficient. Other Big O stores are bustling with a full staff of experienced workers. Maybe it's a franchise (?). This isn't a good tire repair place.

I waited a few weeks to write my review as I wanted to make sure the car was running proper & no issues. I can say the Big O are pretty alright in my book. The staff was kind, Carlos was great, showed me the parts from my car that were needing replacing an explained the “whys”, which I appreciated. They even stayed late to finish my car. So far the car is running great.

Excellent experience at this Big O Tires! Alex provided amazing customer service. I dropped my car off right after opening to fix a flat and it was finished by 830 AM exactly as promised. Fast, professional, and friendly service. Highly recommend!

Carlos and Andrian were awesome at Big O tires! They helped right away and were able to take of me same day. Very reasonably priced and great knowledge do e and recommendations. They were able to get my car right in.

had a fantastic experience at Big O Tires in Huntington Beach! Morgan and Adrian were super helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions and made everything easy. The whole process was smooth and amazing from beginning to end. Highly recommend this location—great team.
